Why Do I Always Wake Up At 3am

Why Do I Always Wake Up At 3am – In my training, I see a lot of people who get up at 3 in the morning. I mean a lot of people. Three in the morning is so common to wake up that I decided to write a blog about it. That means you can stop googling now that I’ve found you. I did some research and found 8 common reasons why waking hours are so common.

Another thing that left me with insomnia for decades was feeling lonely in the middle of the night when everyone else was awake. I really wanted to be part of a great team.

But you are not alone. This is a very common sleep disorder. Whether it’s 3 a.m. m., 1:30 a.m. m. or any other hour, you are one of those who wake up every night.

Spiritual Meaning Of Waking Up At 1 Am, 2 Am, 3 Am, 4 Am, And 5 Am

So when you wake up from a deep sleep and open your eyes to those familiar clocks, know that many others are doing the same. (It’s like midnight happy hour.)

1. This is when we transition from deep sleep to light sleep. People wake up five to seven times a night. Often these awakened events are so short-lived that we don’t even remember them. The deepest stage of sleep occurs between 4 and 4 1/2 hours of sleep. So if you go to bed at 11:00 p.m. m., until 3:00 a.m. m., you come out of deep sleep and enter light sleep (the REM stage). The brain works best when you get some sleep, so going back to sleep won’t feel as natural as before at night.

2. There is spiritual significance in waking up at 3 am. A “magic hour” is said to have developed, the hour between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. that provides greater access to the natural state of human existence. There is less noise, less electricity consumption, and the vibrational state is calm and easy, making communication with the spirit world easier. Our minds and bodies are more in tune with our spiritual nature because we are not distracted by the chaos of the physical world that we encounter during other times of the day. Some say that it is at this time that spirit guides and angels try to establish spiritual communication with us. Send messages or give good guidance.

It is also suggested that after those 3 am spiritual messages, we suddenly notice a double figure sequence in our lives. Numbers like 11:11 or 7:07 can appear frequently. It is considered “signs”, it shows that you are starting a new life experience and developing your spiritual path.

3. Waking up at 3:00 a.m. m. It has historical significance. Another reason for waking up at 3 in the morning can be attributed to the arrival of artificial light. The industrial revolution allowed people to work late into the night and sleep later and later.

Extensive research by Robert Eckrich shows that humans have been sleeping in two shifts for hundreds of thousands of years! Transitional sleep has emerged without protection, but the researchers say the time between naps was often used for meditation and contemplation. It was a very short time in our history that we asked for a long nap.

4. According to the Bible, what does 3 in the morning mean? Although the Bible does not mention 3 in the morning, it is often noted that God sends messages to people while they sleep. The “witching hour” is sometimes called the “devil’s hour.” Some people equate the time of Christ’s death, 3:00 p.m. m. and, conversely, 3:00 a.m. m., as the hour of the presence of evil. 5. Lifestyle choices affect sleep. We often hear that it’s a broken record, but things like caffeine and alcohol can have a huge impact on our sleep! Drinking too much water in the afternoon is a factor in how fast we wake up, while it is not.

Waking Up At 4 A.m. Every Day Is The Key To Success. Or To Getting A Cold.

Research shows that a diet high in sugar makes you sleep less well and feel more restless. Do not talk about damage to your pancreas (next blog). Eating sugar late at night stimulates the mind, making you cranky instead of sedated. In addition, it deprives you of magnesium, a very beneficial mineral at bedtime.

If you eat at night (I do often), don’t be afraid to add protein and fat. This will keep your blood sugar from zigzagging all over the place.

It makes sense to me because our minds connect so much. If we get up at 3 in the morning and focus on waking up, it won’t take long for the brain to recognize your goal and make a circular link. He believes there’s something important about waking up at 3 am, so it’s a wake-up call.

It becomes a conditioned response that occurs automatically. To learn more about this phenomenon, how we inadvertently created it, and what you can do about it, click HERE.

If you wake up between 1 and 3 in the morning, the upper window of the liver may be the result of anger or mental disorder or ignorance.

Cortisol levels naturally peak between 2 and 3 in the morning. If you’re stressed or anxious during the day, your levels are already above average, so if you wake up in the middle of the night, it’s a sign that your cortisol levels are a little high. Stress management in everything
