Ikea Lights Room Decor – The idea with MISTERHULT is to create light with a small environment. By allowing the bamboo to decompose in different ways, to increase the light effect, we double the plant.
Each lamp is unique because it is made of bamboo with natural colors and woven by skilled artisans.

When creating the MISTERHULT lamp series, we allow the bamboo plant, which would otherwise be thrown away, to become part of the presentation – which means we use twice as many weeds per plant.

As the pressure on the world’s forests and ecosystems increases from unsustainable agriculture, infrastructure development and illegal logging, it is time to use different methods to protect and support this important resource for future generations.
