The problem is that the support beams are very fragile. The user manual does not specify the maximum weight the bed can support. This product is not indicated for children or adolescents only. I had family and they used the bed. 3 poles broke while sleeping. If they are severe, serious injury may occur. The best they offered me was a 10% refund, at least after I got the money to buy myself some wood to fix it, they said we couldn’t negotiate or do anything after that. I will never buy a bed again .1

NO screws for THIS bed for my daughter. Difficult to assemble, some bolts are missing. Had to contact and took a week to get the screws.3

Very low carpet for Shira Q. It took me 5 hours to put it together myself, it wasn’t hard, but there are tons and tons of parts, screws, and only about 39 steps. The front panel is only a few inches off the floor, which I consider a design flaw. If you have carpet, taking it out is a BIG problem. My front panel creaks when I pull it out and feels like it’s going to break every time I bend it. I literally have to pull and lift the extension at the same time to minimize drag, which is very tricky. Therefore, I do not recommend a carpeted room at all. If you have carpet or rugs, you can’t get it. If you don’t have a rug and you build it right, you’ll love its flexibility and look. drawers are also very smooth.4
Hard to assemble, but love its practicality NANCY L. Love the look and simplicity of the sofa bed for guests. However, it took hours to assemble and the screws used to attach the nightstand were so cheaply made that they didn’t go all the way in, preventing the nightstands from fitting under the bed. Had to ask for extra screws to get the cabinets set up properly. It doesn’t roll as easily as it looks when fully assembled, and it doesn’t roll easily even with the wheels on the ground. I like having shelves underneath for storage. I can expand it, but since it doesn’t move easily, 2 people is easier than 1 person.4
A great sofa. Very easy to assemble Andre F. Bought this for my living room/office. Works great and only took about 45 hours to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow, nothing crazy and less parts than I thought. It’s easy, but I think that’s good. Full master with ladies. I thought my wife thought they were tight, but she loves them and says they are comfortable. Recommend.5

Big size and just what we needed but Sriniket C. The bed was easy to assemble for 1 person, just time consuming. The rows look like pine and are not load bearing. 3 of them broke when our guest sat down, did not jump, sat on the bed. Therefore, when buying, check the reliefs between each part of the bed, as there is no support for them. I’ll consider a possible solution and buy stronger mounts. I have other beds, but their hats are much stronger than this bed, or maybe I just got lucky and had a bad batch. But overall a good product. On shaggy carpet it is a little harder to push and pull, but that can be done4.
Great idea, but poor real-world results, Leina M. I’m usually happy with the furniture. I think they are well designed and the quality is good for the price. But this was special. As a result, the assembly took 3 days (2-3 hours a day), the extractor part is not working as smoothly as I expected (because we tried very hard to troubleshoot, if we did something wrong, but everything seems to be in place. order, it’s just a crooked design or our item may be poorly made). it is not as straight as the two beds should fit together. When the slider is fully inserted, one side of the slider sticks out about 1/4 inch, which is a lot. Therefore, the drawer cannot be installed all the way back. At this capacity, it will last no more than a year. It’s big and heavy and impossible to take back to the store, but I would definitely return it if I could because it’s almost useless and I wouldn’t buy it again.
