A final option is to use a bar cart in the corner of your empty living room. Although you can use trolleys for the obvious purpose of setting up a bar with bottles of alcohol, mixers and glasses, they can really be used to hold anything – plants, books, you name it! What we have is a really practical piece – we use it mostly for bar supplies, but sometimes it’s a replacement. For example a few Christmases ago, I made it into a hot chocolate centerpiece for my girls and their friends: maybe you have a messy corner in your bedroom, maybe it’s in your living room – but maybe you can think of a corner that bothers you every day! Sometimes it is difficult to adjust the corners, especially if you are dealing with a space where all the necessary requirements have already been taken into account.
