JM Bullion fully insures all its shipments. If something happens while the package is on its way to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy, under the terms set out in section 13 of our Terms and Conditions. Please read this Terms section carefully.
If we find that the package is lost or damaged, we will file a complaint. We reserve the right to resend items or refund at our discretion.

All packages sent by JM Bullion are covered by insurance under certain conditions. In the unlikely event that your travel order is lost, you must contact us immediately. Lost in transit is defined by the USPS as tracking that has not been updated for at least 5 calendar days. For UPS it is 3 calendar days. You must contact us within 7 days of your last USPS tracking and 3 days of your last UPS tracking. If you do not contact us within this time, insurance will not cover the package.
When you contact us, we will check the package and the insurance company and start the claim process. The claim resolution process can take 30 days or more, and many packages lost in transit are delayed. When the package is delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit and/or any items are missing, please contact JM Bullion immediately so we can begin the claim process. If you have received a shipment of damaged and/or missing items, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of shipment to contact us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Orders under $1,000 do not require a signature unless that option is selected and paid for at checkout. Orders over $1,000 always require a signature on delivery. Please note that our terms and conditions state that once the exhibition package is shipped, our liability ends. Be available and attentive to pick up the package when the courier arrives. Due to COVID 19, mail senders do not always receive signatures.

Our liability and insurance ends when the shipment is signed for or left at the indicated shipping address.
