Research on time-restricted eating — a form of intermittent fasting — is also promising. In a recent 10-week study, people who were instructed to delay breakfast by 90 minutes and eat dinner 90 minutes earlier (which changes the time frame they can eat), lost an average of twice as much body fat as body fat. Allowed to eat normally, although they are allowed to eat whatever they want at the allowed time. In this case, however, despite the impressive results, 57 percent of participants whose diet was restricted felt that the period was too long.
